Repeat Offender Hit With Attempted Murder Charge In Baltimore

A 26-year-old man familiar with police in Baltimore is back on the wrong side of the law after an alleged shooting during a dispute late last month.

The Baltimore Police Department announced on Monday, May 8, that Terrell Parker has been arrested as a repeat violent offender and charged with attempted first-degree murder.

In the afternoon of Friday, April 21, officers responded to the 1600 block of Normal Avenue to investigate a report of shots fired in the area, according to police.

Upon arrival, they found a 23-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the back. He was rushed to an area hospital in critical condition, but survived his injuries.

During the investigation, it was determined that Parker was a suspect in the shooting following an argument with his victim in Baltimore.
